*Please note: You must save your original receipt from your authorized Easton Sports Inc. dealer as proof of purchase. It is required to return a defective bat. Third party receipts, such as PayPal, Paypoint, etc. will not be accepted. Bats returned without proof of purchase may not be warranted.
Easton has a one-year limited bat warranty which covers all manufacturing defects from normal field usage including: denting, cracking, breaking, loose or detached end cap, rattling. This warranty does not cover: wood bats, bats that have been abused, altered in any way or mistreated; bats that have been used in a commercial batting cage, bats purchased from non-authorized Easton dealers or individuals; bats purchased at auction, or on auction websites without the express written consent of Easton Sports Inc.; used bats purchased from re-sellers; grip replacement.
If making a claim with an Easton dealer, the Easton dealer will contact the Easton distributor in that country.
Easton cannot guarantee the warranty of your aluminum bat until the bat is inspected and determined to be under warranty.
After inspection, if the aluminum bat is determined to be covered under warranty, a replacement will be sent to the dealer or the consumer. If the bat is determined to be out of warranty, it will not be returned to the dealer or the consumer and will be recycled. A bat has a two-time replacement only.
If an Easton distributor no longer has your particular bat in stock, they will replace the bat with a model similar in size, weight and performance.
WARRANTY REMINDER: An official, dated computerized cashier’s sales receipt, as proof of purchase is required for every product returned to the Easton distributor in that country. Please note, hand written proof of purchase will not be accepted.
