My 7 year old got this bat for his birthday. He has only had it three weeks and tonight the bat snapped in half at the handle.

it is very good bat. 8-9 yr olds swing it very well and hit with it good. problem is not stamped with BPF 1.15. So you cannot use it whenever the umpires decide to enforce. Easton will not give me any feedback of any questions i present to them. I've never had issues like this with demarini in the past. i guess easton is telling me to go back to demarini.

Don't buy the bat. It's been nothing but a headache for my son. Easton didn't print the BPF (Bat Performance Factor) number of 1.15 on the barrel and it keeps getting disallowed. I've printed off the waiver for 2011 and 2012 showing that the bat is acceptable but the umpire says it needs the BPF number. Some games it gets an okay, others no. The ump approved the bat at the start of the game during equipment check but then disallowed it in the middle of my son's at-bat with a runner on and a 2-2 count. DO NOT BUY THIS BAT!!!

Had to send this bat in and its complete garbage.My son is a power hitter and he couldnt hit a ball with this bat if his life depended on it.Other power hitters on the team tryed useing this bat and parents asked that there kids not use this bat.Fouls off 85-90% of the balls.He FINALLY ripped one and the bat cracked.

This bat is extremely comfortable. When you hit with it, the Convert sounds like an Easton Cyclone. I'am used to a Cyclone so I decided to wait a couple of games before using it. When I was testing the Convert, I hit pop-ups at first. Then started to hit line-drives. I would recommend this bat to everyone!!!!!!!!

Illegal bat period. Yes it conforms to all the standards however they are not on the bat. And if you think an umpire will take time out from a game to see if this bat has a waiver, think again.

A great bat but you may or may not be able to use it. Why waste $100 on a maybe. I'm still trying to figure out why Easton decided not to stamp this bat?
