Kevin Michael O’Sullivan “Sully” (b. December 27, 1968, Goshen, New York) is the current head coach of the Florida Gators baseball team. He accepted the position on June 13, 2007. He replaced Pat McMahon.

Florida is O’Sullivan’s first head coaching job. He spent the previous nine seasons as pitching coach and, later, associate head coach for the Clemson Tigers. During his tenure at Clemson, twenty-nine of the pitchers he’d coached had been selected in the MLB Draft.

O’Sullivan was a catcher during his playing days. In college he played for two years at Florida Community College at Jacksonville and another two at Virginia where he was a member of the 1991 ACC Baseball Tournament All-Tournament Team. He earned a bachelor degree in sports medicine from Virginia. He also has a master degree in Exercise Science and Wellness from Florida Atlantic University.

In his first season the Gators finished 3rd in the SEC and played in the NCAA Tallahassee Regional . His record was an impressive 6-6 versus teams that eventually reached the College World Series.
